We stand behind Celuvia Amla 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

Unlike most companies, we do not require the product to be unopened or unused. We want you to actually try it. If it doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at tryceluvia@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return (optional — but helpful for us)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@tryceluvia.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. In these cases we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Orders outside the 90-day return window
  • Gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt under the EU cooling-off period, for any reason and without justification. This is in addition to our 90-day guarantee. Contact us at tryceluvia@gmail.com to exercise this right.
